Application:
Apply by hand using a toothpick or cotton bud to the under flesh side of the leather.
Description:
Buffalo leather glue is very flexible, therefore any damage that is repaired can move naturally to the movement of the leather.
Easy to apply, there is adequate working time before the glue begins to dry fully.
The drying time can also be speeded up by using a hairdryer.
Ideal for a repairs on rips that have penetrated through to the inner padding on furniture or car seats, insert a cotton material patch (sub patch) under the leather, then glue the leather to the patch.
If the leather has been cleaned ensure that the leather is completely dry before applying the leather glue.
Leather filler paste and Leather repair colour pigment may be required to complete severe rips.
May not be suitable for:
Fine leathers such as clothing
Older leathers where the rip may have absorbed dirt over time
