Return and Receive Policy

When purchasing online you have the right to change your mind and return non-personalised or un-opened goods within 14 days of receipt of goods, if the goods:

a) Have not been used
b) The goods remain un-opened  and are in a re-saleable condition

The return cost is the responsibility of the customer if you have changed your mind.
Return the goods with a copy of your purchase invoice.
When we receive your returned goods we will refund your payment within 5 working days. 
We refund the full cost of the products only (Delivery costs are not refunded)

Receive Policy

Should you have any discrepency with your order please notify us within 14 working days.
If we do not receive any notice of discrepency within this timescale your goods will be deemed as:

Arrived in a usable condition
Deemed fit for use
Your goods are complete
